Creepshow 2 tells
three short stories. Old Chief Woodenhill is the
first one about a couple who owns a shop in the middle of the country
and get robbed one day, a wooden Indian standing outside the shop
gets life and goes after the three robbers. The second movie,
The Raft is about some teens that decide to take a swim out to a raft,
only to realise that they are trapped on the raft, surrounded by
a flesh-eating blob. The third on, The Hitchhiker, is about a woman
who hits a hitchhiker with her car accidentally, but did she really
kill him?

All of these movies were quite bad, in particularly the last one,
the only movie I can say that I really enjoyed was probably The Raft,
even though it was a major The Blob rip-off. The directing is
average, I don't think George A. Romero is that good of a director.
Come to think of it, everything in this movie is very average, the
acting is far from great but still it's not bad. The stories are
quite bad but still enjoyable. The gore is bad but very amusing.
The reason why
I didn't do a review like 'Three' for this was that
the stories in this movie were much to short and didn't feel like
entire movies themselves, while the short stories in Three did.
I was quite disappointed to see that I only got one good scare out
of this, I think the first Creepshow was actually quite good, this
movie was just plain dull, but well, the DVD only cost me two bucks,
so I guess no harm done.
So I've sad a
lot of bad things about the movie so far but wait,
there are some good things as well... The movie is never slow, I was
interested most of the time, except for perhaps the first movie,
I guess I just don't like the idea of Indian movies, same with the
Pet Sematary movies, according to me, those were just awful! The
short cartoon clip-ins are also quite entertaining and helps the
movie to stay alive. I think this was an average flick, but as there
were more bad parts than good parts I can only grant this with two stars.

We get an arrow in the head, a lot of blood splatter, a bloody,
smashed, and damaged head and some skin falling off.

The soundtrack is so very 80's! But I Love it! In all three of the
movies we get some 80's rock pop, not a lot of other stuff in there
other than that though.

I would stick to the first one, but it isn't all that terrible, it's
a totally ok flick to kill time with, but it is far from good.
