A drug dealer gets chased into a small old village
called Sunset valley. He soon realizes that
everything isn't right in there, the small
population consists of flesh-eating zombies
and their leader, Bill. When a couple of teens
gets hijacked by his partner and forced to
drive into Sunset Valley, they have no idea
what's in there waiting for them...

The Asylum entertainment rarely release great
horror flicks, every once in a while we get
movies like Hell's Highway (Detour) and such
but in generalities they're simply not that
great. Bloody Bill is one of the worse ones.
I guess they tried to mix Texas Chainsaw with
Dawn Of The Dead but it simply does not work.
The movie is obviously low budget and the photo
is annoyingly yellow. Whoever said that having
a certain colour fill the entire movie was a
good thing was mistaking. The acting is also
pretty dreadful and Sandra Bullock junior is
one annoying girl. All she does is scream
stupid things in the wrong situations. For
example; a guy comes in through a door with
a slit throat bleeding like hell and all she
does is scream "Oh my god! Are you all right?
Are you hurt?". Thank you for stating the
obvious miss bullock-wannabe.
Speaking of stupid things. There's a sign
saying the population of the valley and every
single time someone dies they show how the
population increases by one. Such a stupid
idea. Zombie flicks with a low budget rarely
come out good as it's such a simple story.
I mean, this movie basically didn't even have
a story. Seriously, anyone could have written
the script for this. It might please some
zombie fans but I just didn't see the charm
in this one. Too clichéd and too stupid.

Zombie movies are usually filled with gore
but this didn't have too much. Some guts,
some gory zombies and an axe in the head
is really all we get.

Ugh! This was utterly bad! A lot of rock
slash techno music with way too much bass
fills this score. Dreadful.

I have no idea why I keep on watching these
low budget zombie flicks as I always know
what to expect. If you've seen other bad flicks
from The Asylum Ent. you know what you expect.
If you're a fan of zombie films it might be
worth checking out though.
