A couple of friends decide to sneak into a golf club after
closing hour to have a private party. At first everything goes
just as planned but as the evening unfolds they soon learn
that they're not alone. Someone has been waiting for them
and that someone does not like company. As they drop dead one
by one, the remaining friends have to fight for survival
before they aswell become a victim for the greenskeeper.

I actually heard about this before it had found distribution,
being the big slasherfan that I am I decided to check out the
website for it and I quickly got interested. So a year goes
by and I forget all about this new slasher when I see that
it's been released on DVD so I just have to check it out.
Well it didn't reach my expectations at all since this slasher
didn't seem to take itself very seriously.

The main thing that will bring some cash in for this movie is
probably the fact that baseball player John Rocker stars in
it. In my opinion he should just stick to baseball as acting
obviously wasn't his thing. Still he was one of the better
actors in this movie. Director Kevin Greene makes you wonder
if he based this movie on his name, anyway, he does quite a
good job actually and I did jump at a few occasions.

I knew before I watched this that it was going to be a low-
budget slasher but I guess I just expected it to have a bit
more class than it did (if you ever did check out the website
when it was available you'll know what I mean). However, it
was quite entertaining despite the fact that it was stupid
and uncreative. I guess this was just made for the slasher
fans who don't really give a damn about the story or acting.

Surprisingly enough, the amount of gore is small. We get a
quite gory impalement involving a machine that you make holes
in the golf course with, some non-graphical head dismemberings
fills our screens aswell and to top it off we get a quite
slick scene, which involves a hedge scissor in the back.

Some pop-rock music I guess but nothing impressive and only
one track features vocals.

Nothing very original about this new highly predictable slasher
but it's actually quite a lot of fun. It's not good and it's
nothing that you want to buy since it's only good for watching
once, but if you're in for a funny slasher which doesn't take
itself very seriously, I guess this is the way to go. I wasn't
very impressed though.
