Lisa works at a very classy hotel and is just about
to get on a very delayed flight back to Miami. She
meets a guy, Jackson, which she quickly grows to like
and it just so happens that he's got the seat next
to hers on the plane. Well, she's about to discover
that this gentleman might not be so gentle after all.

All right, all right, I know Red-Eye isn't a horror
movie but it's just so rare with brilliant thrillers
like this these days. Red-Eye is, according to me,
Wes Craven's ultimate masterpiece, this actually
even tops Scream in my books. Red-Eye had me on the
edge of my seat right from the start and I loved
every single minute of it. It's not scary at all,
this movie is all about the suspense and tension
and it simply nailed it.

When I saw from the trailer that Rachel McAdams was
going to star in it I got a bit sceptical. I mean,
I couldn't see myself believing in "Mean Girls"
Rachel McAdams as a successful hotel manager. Well,
I was dead wrong. Rachel is a terrific actress and
after this movie, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot
of her. Cillian Murphy was expectedly brilliant as
the bad guy in the flick.

Now, anyone could've directed this movie but when
Wes Craven does it, it gets that extra something.
He knows how to grab the audience by the balls and
not let go until the very last scene of the movie.
He also draw parallels from the "recent" terrorist
attacks which made the movie even more astonishing
and believable. If anyone can make a movie like this
seem believable, it has got to be Craven.

I know I'm raving about this like hell but I just
can't believe how positively surprised I was by this
flick so I'm going to keep on raving for just a little
longer. See what I liked the best about the movie was
the fact that nice little innocent Lisa actually
fought for herself and did what any person would've
tried to do in the same situation. Everything simply
feels so realistic that we buy it all, and I am
loving the hell out of it. Do NOT miss this movie in
the theatres whatever you do, this is one brilliant
movie and that's not too common these days.

Sorry mates, I can't give away this part as it will
ruin the movie for you.

Brilliant soundtrack naturally which helps keeping
the suspense up.

I can't believe it. For once in my life I have absolutely
no negative remarks what-so-ever on a movie. Red-Eye
is, according to me, Wes Craven's best movie ever and
he should be damn satisfied with the result as it was
a LONG time ago that I saw a movie as good as this.
Do NOT miss this one people, it is an awesome movie
and it's actually even better than my review.
